+	staff were brill, very attentive, room cleaned every day excellent cleaning and reception staff. food was good also. not far to walk to city centre and good bus service. liked having the kitchen also for longer stays.
-	noise from road very bad no lie in at all due to sound from outside, road very busy below. no kettle which i missed.

+	The beautiful girl which was working in the restaurant of the hotel ;-)

+	staff really helpfull, knowing a lot about the city, speaking english very well, hotel and room really clean, well situated.

+	Friendliness of the staff, Internet access. Hotel was good value for money.
-	Location was not that great - no shops or cafes nearby. But the transportation was easy to use, and it was a nýce walk to the Castle and the Danube.
